Galvanizing Pre Flux is a flux which saves your valuable Time, Zinc and reduces human errors. Hence it can also be called as Zinc Saving Flux. It’s a mixture of Zinc Chloride, Ammonium Chloride with some special additives in an ideal ratio which gives best fluxing action.
Galvanizing Pre Flux is in liquid form with chemicals mixed in ideal ratio, so it can be directly added in the flux bath without any prior mixing of water which reduces human error. It can also be used to top up the flux bath when your job is in process and it can also be added in the flux bath before or after or at the time of filtration of flux, which saves time and labour. It saves zinc by reducing ash and dross formation and also eliminates rejection due to black spot.
